Am I able to purchase Steelcase products not offered in the shop?

Currently we don't offer sales of chairs, desks or furniture not shown on the online store for consumer purchase. Likewise we are unable to offer customized finishes, fabrics, or materials for one off purchases. The reason for this is that our products are brought in from factories located in different countries where shipment could take many weeks, and so the products offered on our store are what we are able to provide in a timely manner.

For large projects and B2B inquiries, please contact our customer service team to be put in touch with the appropriate sales representative or dealer for your project.

For replacement parts and non-warranty repairs, you can contact our customer service team, but these are subject to quotation, and availability varies by product and country/territory. Depending on the part required, it may take up to 60 working days to arrive once your order is confirmed.
