What does the round knob below the seat on Think do? I can’t seem to recline much when I twist them around?

That is the comfort dial which helps to turn to the four comfort settings available on Think:

• Upright back lock

• Mid-stop reclining

• Full recline with weight-activated tension + 20% boost

• Full recline with weight-activated tension
